As a result Liege Airport will be closed. Therefore there will be NO TNT operation from Tuesday 6th December 21:00 Hrs until Wednesday 7th December 21:00 Hrs.
Therefore, the VXL hubs at BRU and CGN will re-route to LHR all European destinations normally served via LGG.

| QATAR - NDX (non-document) shipments |

The following instructions have been implemented by the Qatar Ministry of Economy & Finance Customs department:
All NDX shipments (whatever value) arriving into Qatar will be subject to Customs Duty & Legalization charges.
Minimum Customs charges will be min. QAR 310.-
Customs Duty will be 5% on the Invoice value
Legalization charges will be min. QAR 260.-
Admin fee will be QAR 50.-
Apart from that, Consignee should provide their Import License number to prepare the Bill of Entry. Without this Import License number, shipment will not be delivered.
Also Freight/Insurance charges will be applied if the shipments are from a GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) country.
GCC countries are: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates
All non-docs shipments will be on pre clearance mode.
Hence when a shipment is Customs cleared, it will be imposed with the Duty.
In case the consignee refuses to pay the Customs charges, these charges will be billed back to the shipper. |

| | You will probably be aware that delivery service within Tunisia is provided to us by RAPIDPOSTE, the state postal organization. It has a monopoly on all express deliveries in Tunisia. Unfortunately, RAPIDPOSTE is unable to provide proofs of delivery to us systematically.
We would like to provide pods, but we regret to advise you that it is not possible. We therefore must decline ALL responsibility for non-delivery or missing pods. In future, we will enter the following final status for all shipments to TUNISIA: "Onforwarded to contractor - pod will not be available".
